I never considered getting a tattoo, until the last couple months. Like two years ago I had some "bad times" and such resulted with some conspicuous scars on my forearm...I thought it would be a good thing to perhaps cover such things with a tattoo of the cover of an album which related to me and helped me through such hard times...which would be Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures which looks like this...
Soooo, clearly this shit is like abstractly simple but quite detailed...How would one go about getting a tattoo like this?

which is EXACTLY what I would want...soooooooo...how would I get this and...how much might it cost???

Prices vary a lot place to place and artist to artist, Boston area is on the high side price wise (~$100-150+ per hour and usually $50min)... since it's just black and basically a bunch of lines I can't see that being over $200, and it would probably be less..maybe even closer to half that actually... Maybe someone in your area knows pricing or even an artist? All you need to do is find an artist you want to work with via whatever means and make an apt with them, probably meet in person first and show them a print out of what you want and let them go from there... You can probably get that done as a walk-in even, just print out a picture of it, show up at a shop and see who is available.

Right? I kept laughing to myself later on because it goes down onto my ass a little bit and so I had to pull my pants down to get tattooed. And that girl was preeeeety attractive. Kind of funny.

Dunno man I'd say that's a fairly decent sized job. Like there's a fuckton of lines in that shizz.

Also maybe have a chat to them cause sometimes it's super hard to tattoo over scars.
