Hey, anybody got any reccomendations for me? Just finished Black Lagoon, and I need something new to watch.

Some of my favourites: FLCL, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Hellsing Ultimate, Darker than Black, Stand Alone Complex, Berserk, Cowboy Bebop, Death Note etc.

Maybe I should just give Monster a try.

Baccano, Durarara, Serial Experiments: Lain, Boogiepop Phantom, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Bakemonogatari, the Garden of Sinners films..

i could recommend more but those are all ones that you should 100% give a shot if you haven't seen already.

I've seen Baccano and Lain, enjoyed both. Will definitely check out those other guys.

I'm mostly into those kinda metaphysical fiction series, with less repetitive dialogue and, well, less overall repetition. If the plot centres around some high school kid, the story better be good.
