do it. I bought a bottom barrel Yamaha for like $80 and the thing has lasted me 10 years. It's not winning any awards but it sounds like a nylon string guitar and I'm not fucking Andres Segovia so who gives a shit.

I scored a late 60's Yamaha G60 nylon string in a thrift store in a case for $50.00. Best 50 bucks I ever spent.friendship wrote:do it. Ya, that's what I was thinking. I basically just want one so that I can sit outside on my steps and relax.KaosCill8r wrote:I scored a late 60's Yamaha G60 nylon string in a thrift store in a case for $50.00. So wrong!Ugly Nora wrote:I'm sure Scrooge McDuck has a perpetual search for all things LAL so he probably already knew about it, but the lesson here is don't post about auctions you want. Like the auction I want to bid on that ends in a few hours. You must think I am stoopid if I am going to tell you jackals about it.

After Reading Bobs Story i offered him my Rattle Crow for a cheaper Price than the auction. Will see if he Sangs it. Now he has time to think about it and no bidding hassle

I completely agree with Univalve. We're a community. If someone's talking about some piece of gear and whether or not to buy it, I don't sweep in and try to snag it. I am not saying UG purposly took this pedal after seeing someone's interest, as we have no way to know if he saw the other post, but if you think no one here has ever done that or wouldnt do that you are naive. Which I admit is adorable.

Re: What is in the post? The thread of and for GAS!
ive got no real beef with UG, i cant imagine the pedal was bought out of spite - i just think its rad that univalave would offer that to bob after seeing how much he wanted that pedal!Ugly Nora wrote:I am not saying UG purposly took this pedal after seeing someone's interest, as we have no way to know if he saw the other post, but if you think no one here has ever done that or wouldnt do that you are naive.
