Out: IE Subterranea to Jwar. I'll miss this little monster, but need the cash for...

In (September): new home with fewer roommates and more space. I seriously cannot wait to not live with 4 other people and having to hide my things in my bedroom so they don't get used/eaten/go missing. I think despite being more expensive, I'll probably end up breaking even just because my food, soap, detergent, beer, and cables won't go missing.
