There's a site that has like every tuning for every song they did plus lists of gear. I will try to find it for you unless someone else knows it off the top of their head or try a more refined Google search.

any of em really stick out as more "adaptable" ones?

like with dadaae I was able to screw around and figure out how to play dammit by blink and some other songs

thousand leaves is the bestest for rock god guitar tunings
