i know there a lot of anime fans around these parts. now i am not an anime buff by any means. tryin to track down some dvds or torrents of movies/episodes for a possible music project.

anybody else like this shit or na? the NES games are dope, which is how i was introduced to golgo.

word me either until last night. downloaded a bunch of eps and 2 movies. watched 2 eps last night. its pretty cool. golgo 13 is a badass assassin/sniper.

and ya the nes games are hard as shit.

ya im not positive but it seems like a not so popular anime. i called a couple comic stores around my area to see if they had any comics or vidz and the dudes sounded like they had never even heard of this shit. i like what ive seen so far.

I beleive there was also a laser disc stand up video game based on Golgo 13 back in the early eighties, not as prevalent as Dragon Slayer or Space Ace, I think it was called Cliffhanger. just FYI

I shut it off the moment an "enemy" decided to talk about the consistancy of iron in the slug (or something) that defeated him and his bro, than talk about his brother that had just died a second earlier. There were other things that irked me, and that was the final straw.

lol, i dont really pay attention much to what they say...most of the eps i downloaded are in japanese and have no subtitles. i like it better that way.
