I think if I put either of these up for trade it will only be for stuff other than dirt. I don't even know what though.

Doing it right.

I'm hype for practice next weekend where I can do Octron -> Pink Elephant -> Randy -> Xero for the first time at high volume. My poor pos gk cab won't stand a chance.

I didn't like the Xero by itself but I think it's the best filter for dirt i've used. has anyone compared the xerograph to the big moog filter?

I've owned both and the Xero was far easier to get really good results out of. They seemed equally "phat".

I found the Xerograph kinda hard to figure out. I remember the controls being really sensitive. but when you dial it in right it is pretty toight

I guess that's just kinda inherent in filters?

Moog is prettier tho.

Agreed.

I never use the envelope follower on it. It doesn't work with my fuzzes anyway cause I crank the volume all of them

Holding out on selling the xero for the Smallsound/Dirgesound filter

Take a peek at that Xero thread. :poke: I posted lots of good settings in there. Good place to start. :snax:

Maybe I'll wait to flip anything else till we get some more deets. Like a price. Did I read it was gonna be in the $150 range, or am I imagining that?
