 Sounds like a healthier version of my favourite turkey dish.
1. Put piece of turkey on plate.
2. Put a shit ton of salt and mayonaise on plate.
3. Eat the turkey and mayo and salt.

Every time I make cookies, I use my hand to stir and blend the batter.
After I deem it stirred enough, I eat all the cookie dough residue on my hand.
These cookies are also all for me.
I am a disgusting person, but man, cookies are awesome.

Strawberries are for waffles, and waffles only.

Made balsamic and garlic marinated portobello "burgers" with sauteed onions and a creamy blue cheese aoli for dinner last night. :snax:

Yesterday I made a bunch of rice and beans and bell pepper and onion as burrito filling and put it in the fridge. Now I just have to cook up some meat and I put the filling, meat and shred some cheese on a tortilla and have a delicious burrito.

I made a chicken burrito tonight! It was yum yum yummy.

Last time I visited home, my parents had a goat.
This time when I visited, they had a bunch of goat meat.
I brought some home with me, and I'm pretty excited to eat it.
The stuff they sent with me is like hamburger meat.
I'm thinking breakfast tacos.

Here's a bad ass dressing I have been making:

Carrington Farms coconut oil (organic, extra virgin)
Bragg's Apple cider vinegar
Really Raw Honey
a bit of salt

fantastic.

Update:
My goat breakfast tacos were delicious.
Wally, thank you for being so tasty.

My plan for dinner this week is something I got from that Buzzfeed article jfrey pinned on the last page:
Carrot and Ginger soup?
I hope it's good!

I'm on a total chili pepper kick. Throw a couple habaneros into this chili cheese dip and it's really freakin' good... I'm having some right now on my lunch break. :joy:

Gonna try planting some of the more exotic ones in indoor grow pots once I move into my next apartment.

Had a couple obsession lately...

First one being homemade chili oil. Gave it a try, now it goes on everything. I love that shit.

I also love making breakfast hash. Slice dem 'taters real thin like, cook in a frying pan until almost fully browned, throw some shredded cheese, meat topping of choice (I like cut up bacon) on one half of the 'taters. Next is the flip. Take the half of potatoes that isn't covered in meat/cheese and fold it on top. This locks all that shit on the inside; the cheese melts to hold it all together. Cook both sides for another few mins. Put on a plate, get some fuckin' hot sauce. :!!!:

Going to do a new batch of bacon jam this week. If I remember to I'll take process photos and write up instructions.
