i bought my macbook refurbished and its still running. that was almost 8 years ago. a friend owns it now but its still kicking. i have an early 2008 iMac. i bought that new and it still runs and performs very well. i wouldn't want it to be my main recording computer -- at least not without downgrading to snow leopard so that mavericks was less of a performance hinderance (as one can expect on a six year old machine).

ghost echo outgoing, but, the reverb on my dtsr will do pretty much everything the ghost echo did

yay, the PS6 is awesome. does so much stuff well, there's no reason not to own one.
i kinda preferred the reverb on the SR to the ghost echo tbh, i felt like it was a bit more versatile.
