That, my friend, is an amazing amp at a killer price. Love mine. I NEVER see them for sale. 4x 6l6 power section, LOUD and clean all the way up. By itself it nails surf guitar sounds, add fuzz and you have a monster. I would not sell mine for less than 1000.

the more I was looking at it and how ugly and ridge it is the more I was liking it. that kinda confirms that I should see if I can get the guy to ship it.

Someone buy this. I can't afford it. Still.
I've definitely got my eye on it. Any consensus around here about the "appropriate" price for an AOR 100?
you've got two weeks then I'm buying it.

You would not be sorry. one of the "fullest" sounding amps I've ever heard. The only knock on it would be the head shell does not seem as sturdy as it could be. Really that is the only reason it is not being used as one of the top 3. I don't want to hurt it. My 1200s comes closest in sound, of course the 1200s has a ton more volume on tap, but it's the loudest amp I've ever owned. Maybe the peavey CL400 is louder but I have not played with using that for guitar.
I cannot stress enough how much you guys should go try it out if at all possible.

It's literally the first time I've ever came across one. It looks like a nuclear control panel.

true that.

also I really want that AOR but I've seen them in better condition for similar prices. Not all that stoked on that damage to the head shell. Not to mention the fact that I don't have the scratch.

I think I'm going to bite it and get it. I contacted the guy and he is willing to ship for an extra 100 which is fine with me. I like having money to just try shits out.

seems to be going for a pretty cheap price for both the head and cab. Maybe you can sell your first born?

You saw them!
Awesome. Yep. that was me, my son and my buddy Tommy.
My wife almost killed me over the second one. She hates guns.
After that hubbub little man didn't want to act anymore.

He is coming around though. I had a doom metal viking funeral episode planned.
I was thinking a burning long ship model in a kiddy pool. Could have been epic. Well, in my mind at least.
Gus may be too old now for full comic effect.
