I've never tried chilling a hot tea. I'll have to give that a shot. Just picked up a pomegranate tea, as well.Sparrow wrote: i dig green tea chilled!!

Word. I'm new to picking coffees, and there isn't a lot of whole bean choice in the area.Chankgeez wrote:That's a tricky slope there, fooman. "Alpine Flowers" was all light and fruity (huehue) and was like drinking an ice cold meadow when cold.
Serve it up with a warm blueberry pie. nomnom.

It's owned and operated by a local dude here in Denton, who also happens to have done a ton for the music scene around here.
The coffee is awesome and you can subscribe or get it mailed to you.
All proceeds are donated to local charity.
Like, it's a really great thing overall.

Awesome. Yirgacheffe is my all time favourite. With a paper filter I usually brew 22g of beams to 330 ml water to get one cup. I'm not sure it's optimal but it's getting there.OrangeSunn wrote:Just received my Hario coffee mill slim grinder and a Hario V60 Glass Dripper. Now it's time to order some Yirgacheffe. This will be my attempt at brewing the perfect cup of coffee. It'll be an exciting trial I tell ya. Water will be boiled to 195-205 deg. Just not too sure yet how to achieve the 18-24% extraction. I'm gonna have to spoil myself before the entire gene population becomes extinct. Lol
Music out on all streaming services and bandcamp and what not.

Not sure I knew that. I'm pretty partial to coffees from Ethiopia and Kenya myself.goroth wrote:Yirgacheffe is my all time favourite.
