Think I'm going to try wedging a flat head screwdriver near the part of the plate near the screw, then take a power drill to it and see if I can get it that way ahha

OK, so, you're all gonna be disappointed in me.

I decided to try all three pedals (with knobs dimed) into the Pignose before trying it with the tube amp.

I didn't get very far.

I rolled the volume on my guitar all the way off. Even with it like that, I was getting a lot of white noise. As soon as I began to roll the volume up, it started to feed back immediately.

I'm gonna have to try it again with a different guitar.

I was GASing for the Soul Food, but I managed to get a Zombie Klon(e) for not much more.

Tried the mini-humbucker equipped archtop into the Airline.

Fared slightly better.

Still lots of white noise at the onset, with the volume on the guitar rolled all the way off (& the knobs on the pedals cranked). Subsided slightly as the guitar volume was increased. I was able to turn up the volume a little bit farther than on the guitar with the microphonic pickups before it started feeding back, but being an archtop feedback was inevitable. I wasn't able to turn it up loud enough to get it louder than the white noise, but I'm sure it'd sound great if I could've. I didn't really wanna blow that speaker if I didn't have to. So, again, another disappointment.

I should add that my Dan. French Toast - actually, all my Danelectros - were acquired second hand.
