I'm semi-local to the peavey, not so much to the Ampeg. But I need neither nor have the funds for either.....

Shit we all are at stages of not needing it but at least to me.. I'm always like I don't need it but... I hate seeing it go to waste I'd end up using them more than most. But oh well.

I offered him the lint in my pocket and a few old bottle caps but he turned it down :(

Damn. That would be the exact one I've wanted for a long time. Very much so do not need it right now. But it's cool. But I just got the verellen that is a similar circuit. But it says "Red Bear" on the front in cool looking lettering. But I have 3 heads that should be lifetime amps allready. but I could run 4 heads....

Fucking hurry up and buy it Peter!

Haha there's one caveat in that I really don't have money. Got some credit card debt to pay off and though it's tempting I have to afford rent and car lease. Being a grown up sucks.

Right there with you, bro. I *really* need a doom-sized amp before I start trying to put a project together, but I'm trying to be responsible and not just buy one on credit.

I think that RedBear is about $300 more than it should be. Maybe worth $500 with a clean bill of health. I understand they are a rarity but I don't see it going for $700.

That being said, I'll echo what everybody else said.

I want it. I definitely don't NEED it and don't really have the cash for it but I do want it.

Ditto. That would be too good to pass up.
