Yep! Definitely one of the most disgusting fuzzes ever. There's just something different about it compared to a Tone Machine

I want something that will sound as good as my Vox for guitar and will handle my Bass Vi as well. Also I want to move to a head & cab format, easier to move around.
I really need to sell my vox. I can't wait to have a sweet Verellen at my place
Oh cool man, well I'll definitely try to give as much feedback as I can about this Spaldo head for you in that case!
That'd be super nice of you. And super mean as well. Cause I'm already gassing so haaaard.

I need to think about speakers though. I need a 12" that will sound good for guitar but with a range extended enough for the Bass VI.
Good deals: OsbornKT, Phantasmagorovich, UglyCasanova, DarkAxel, Skip, D.o.S, ColdBrightSunlight, Eivind August, Goroth

I will never stop recommending the Eminence Delta Pro 12a. They are AWESOME. They are full range bass drivers that sound just as amazing on guitar. On top of that, they handle a ton of watts as well so you don't have to worry about blowing them.
It's what my 1x12 Verellen has been loaded with for almost 2 years now, and what I want to pick up for my other 1x12. I love them. I play bass and guitar though that speaker and both sound so, so good

Funny, I was thinking about these 'cause they can be had on the cheap and have more range, especially in the bass area, that many guitar speakers. I was kind of sceptic about using these for a guitar amp though as they are primarily designed for PA IIRC. I might give it a try and maybe will harass my friend who owns a Reeves cab to see how the Spaldo works with a Fane...

How does the Delta work at a lower apartment volume ?

It works awesomely duder! It's the only way I can honestly record, low apartment volumes.

I realized just now that I've used nothing but PA and Bass speakers in all of the cabs I've got now- Delta Pro 12a in the Verellen 1x12, Delta 12LFC in my other 1x12, a mix of RCF Mid-Bass Driver + Mackie Mid-Bass Driver in my 2x12 hahaha

I really do love PA speakers though. You can throw a ton of watts at them, depending on the make they have a ton of range, and their dB ratings are also usually high.

New Verellen Model V. Sounds so amazing with 2 Swamp Thangs and the Meatsmoke Pre as the main drive.

Sold my Vox today. Order is only a few days away (time to make sure it arrives to its new home safely).

Still have to work a few things out with Ben, kinda forgot to ask if he could build me a 230v AC mains Spaldo... (facepalm, yeah, I know...)

So I kinda impulsively bought Meatsmoke pre. Haven't had anything like this happen for nearly two years.
