Tacos al pastor. Order them "roja," so they dip your tortillas in the sweet, spicy drippings and fry them up really fast.

I'd really be craving these right now if I didn't have 6lbs of corned beef in the crock pot. :p

I love tacos.

Generally soft shell sour cream, ground beef cheddar or Colby jack, lettuce a little tomatoes, cilantro, salsa

i love shit like sour cream and cheese and all that, and sometimes we make american ass tacos with ground beef and all that shit and hard shells at home cause it's good. but what i really love is real ass mexican tacos. tacos do not have cheese on them. or sour cream. these objects may taste good, but they are not tacos. hard shells too, these are not real taco objects. soft shell, carnitas or asada or fish or something, cabbage, maybe pickled onions if you're at a a yucatan place, limes. that's all you need if it's cooked right and all you get. holy shit they're so good. i'm going up the street now to get some.

panuchos. have you people ever had panuchos? it's life changing. it's a yucatan style mexican thing and you can't get it at most mexican taquerias. fortunately my neighborhood has a few yucatan type of places. it's like a taco but way better. two corn tortillas that are fried with beans in the middle, and then they basically use this to make a taco with a little bit more beans, a meat, usually chicken, carne asada, or cocinita, which is a slow roasted pork, and lettuce, pickled red onions, avocado, and jalepenos. they are so fucking good. i'm going to try to find a picture.

found one. anyway, if you can get panuchos, it takes tacos to the next level, give them a shot.
