I live in North Carolina but, I'm from Iowa. I freakin love the snow and cold. Obviously, it never really does that here.

You all sound like you need some Pacific North West in your life. It's only truly cold for a few weeks a year. It's only wickedly hot for a few weeks a year [and it's dry]. It's overall, pretty temperate…the downside: it's wet as fuck 9 months of the year…but maybe we'll be one of the few places in the future without a water shortage?

Fall > Every other season

Fall = everything exploding in a wondrous burst of color and then slowly dying.
No season can match the smell, temps and feeling of melancholy that Fall brings.

Dunno man... Late summer is great, when you know that the autumn is coming, and that every warm day might be the summer's last. But yes, fading, longing, beauty... All good things in a season.

Also yeah, I went on tour through Arizona in the summer, during a freak heat wave. Being outside at midnight and it still being 100 degrees out...fuck that. Just, fuck that shit so hard.
