Infanem Second Voice and Red Panda Particle incoming, hopefully more of my stuff sells to offset this :picard:

I'd been back and forth on the Infanem for months, still not sure if it'll make the sounds I want to make but there's only one way to find out, right? :idk:

it's fun. It's basically "Glitch" mode from the reVolver. There's a mix for the instrument signal and the effect signal, the rate knob controls the speed of the repeats (the width of the sample seems fixed). The Switch flips between Glitch and Hold, with Hold being pretty much the same as an EHX Freeze pedal. Both modes are momentary (there is no on/off with the stomp), so in order to have the effect on you have to keep your foot on it.

There is a hidden white LED under the rate knob, so you get a very faint back glow when your foot is on it. I didn't even notice it until I played it at night.

AD4096 in today. Not sure how I feel about it entirely. It's growing on me, it's just such a unique delay, not used to how super dirty the repeats are.

Now time to decide on a new OD, it's either a Mini or Darkglass Vintage Microtubes

Thanks for the rundown. Now I am even more stoked...

Haha, I just sold a mini to get that ILFDD off of you.
I would definitely recommend one.
I didn't compare it to a Fuck, but I loved it.
Definitely one of my favorite overdrives I've used.
All my bassist friends didn't really like the mini, though.
So there's also that, if you're a bassist.

Haven't tried the microtubes, but like.
Minis are rad as hell. :thumb:

yeah me too
i went straight to tonefactor as i read this thread but decided not to buy one
if i was to buy it, i would just get the possessed instead, for me it seems better value

Owning both, they are pretty different. Raptio is totally predictable and useable in a song/band setting. Possessed is wild and random and probably more suited for an improv / noise project.
