Still trying to figure out the tattoo I want to get. I don't know enough symbols for bad luck and can't find a good resource for them.

he'll accept it eventually, but that's a dad scenario doubled up w/ the boss scenario. hell it'll take me a while to get used to it, one thing i'm glad about it being a gradual process instead of nothing being there one day and the entire thing being there the next...

Yeah, most of family is from the North East. I grew up there. They are always shocked at the level of ink here in Portland. And no, my parents, even now that I am in my 30's, have never been all that stoked on the idea of tattoos or piercings, etc...

That's what I always thought I was kindof thinking about getting that one to commemorate my leaving Utah permanently. Now I still want to get a tattoo to commemorate my leaving, but I don't know what to get...

oh man, if you went to the right tattoo artist with the idea of some how incorporating the tarot card of death with leaving Utah [iconography: Morman temple, Moab, etc] I bet you could end up with something epic.

Loads of ink in this Portland, too. Always wierds me out when I end up somewhere that doesn't have a lot of tattooed folk. Even though I don't have any.
