I haven't been especially happy with the way Mavericks seems to utilize my work flow. I think that Mountain Lion did a better job of managing RAM/CPU for what I'm doing.
Then again, my iMac is an early 2008 and I'm long due for an upgrade. I just need to sell what I'm working with now and upgrade to something better... after the misses and I buy a new (used) car and remodel the kitchen. ffuuufufufufufu.
If I stopped buying gear I could probably buy a new computer.... sigh.
