I do highly recommend it. I wasn't sure how I would feel about it, but it's interesting. There's really only like 1 character that you root for, and even there, it's kind of halfhearted.
Cowboy Bebop had such a great soundtrack. Seatbelts, Yoko Kanno(?)...so, so good.
How about you just think about this sick ass break beat track instead of the movie. Personally I like both, but then again you liked Enter The Void, so
Yeah, the whole scratching thing is pretty much dated now, but the song is so fucking rad it doesn't even matter.
Enter the Void dragged on too long for me. I felt like the movie was stuck on a loop in a bad way, that's all. Also, the graphics for the DMT experience were pretty lackluster. I've seen crazier shit than that while on acid. I've done DMT, but it was only the 5meo. Super intense body trip with mild visuals. Like I said earlier though, the soundtrack is right on the mark, I need to pick it up!
Spring Break huh! I never saw it, but I'd guess its safe to assume its all about the T n A, that's cool! I should probably check it out for the shirtless menzzzz, LOL!
i was leary about spring breakers for that reason , i aint so much into nudie movies .
but it wasnt like that , its whats his name , harmony corine , all his movies are kinda messed up , like gummo and trash humpers . crazy stuff , makes ya feel icky , but they are pretty good if ya can handle arty type movies . he's like buddies with werner herzog too , that guy makes some really great flicks and doco's . i really didnt care for that "kids" movie , and i am scared to watch that other one he did ... with the weiners and weird stuff in it . check out trash humpers .
I did not know that Mr. Korine did Spring Breakers. Kids and Gummo are great flicks because they are real! View on the harsh and real world. The soundtrack for Gummo is pure I'll have to look into trash humpers. Yeah, his movies are the type that I only watch once. Fucked up but still worth viewing.
