The new thing around my area is to put a train horn in your hooptie.
There's nothing like a beat up late 90s Impala blasting one of those things to send a room full of people into a rage.

Some dickhead in my neighborhood got one, but he only blasts it a couple times a week during the day. He'd probably get stabbed if he did it too often.
