Ever bite your tongue in your sleep? Weird, right?

The last few nights I've bit my tongue in my sleep hard enough to wake myself up. Last night I almost took a chunk out of it and sat up for an hour soaking up the blood and applying orajel. This is a new development. I think it might be related to my upstairs neighbors being loud dicks, which is why I spent today fixing my bass amp (REVENGE). Anybody else do this?
