The harmonic trem on the Mobius is my favorite tremolo I have ever used, digital or analog.

It seems like it. I mean I would be pissed to see the new Beans being worked on every day, but then not have your guitar after about a year. You know?

While my surprise is not that cool I'm kinda curious to this as well.

behndy wrote:yah. H9's pretty tits. it will load any of the other Factor models, and so far there are two H9 exclusive algorithms. they seem committed to making more.

i loooooove it.
I'm pretty sure I've asked you this before, but how often do you actually use the Eventide app with your iPad in conjunction with the H9? Do you feel like it's an essential additive? I really want a H9, but until they release an Android version of their application I have no way of utilizing the pedal to its fullest extent. And even if they do release an Android version, if it's only compatible with Tablets I'm still fucked. I have a HTC One Smartphone, but I'm not paying €500 on another portable device. Fuck that.

Well, it's the same patches and algorithms. The Pitchfactor simply allows for easier access to all the functions and parameters, while the H9 allows access via an iPad, is slightly smaller, and you can obviously install other patches that come on other 'Factor' pedals and the Space. Plus, if you wanted all the Pitchfactor sounds then you'll have to buy a bunch in the App store, which are $20 or something like that, each. And then you need an iPad to run it properly, or so it seems (I'm still trying to get my head 'round that). The Pitchfactor is still a great option.

for writing out new patches? EVERY. SINGLE. FUCKING. TIME. so much easier when each knob has the right labeling and menu diving is a flick to the side to go to the next 6 (or 8, i'm too lazy to check) knobs.

for live stuff? never. but i've got too much going on control wise to full utilize all the neat stuff it does.
