Devi console news!

i'm not ashamed to admit that i lost interest in Devi's work because of her erratic nature and because as she deteriorated i became less interested in supporting her.

This is the main reason I never bought anything recent by Devi. I love her pedals sound, the aesthetic, the ideas, but I never pulled the trigger on a new piece because I didn't know if it would ever show up or if the build quality would be up to par with the Effector 13 era Devi's.

Safe to say though, I'm stoked to hear about Dwarfcraft buying the company. Their builds are as excellent as they are destructive. I'm hoping this means that new Devi stuff ends up being amazing. My hopes are high indeed.

IMO, her pedals sounded like ass on bass. I don't mean any kind of ass, we're talking about "Mexican food induced food poisoning" ass. I do have high hopes that Aen & co can remedy this. Her graphics are awesome and Dwarfcraft is the shiz so I'm stoked to see what insanity they can come up with.

Spoke to Devi this morning and put in an order for a Shoegazer to make up for the rest of the money she owed me for the Console. Excited to get a Dwarvicraft Shoegazer!

Like many others I kinda gave up on Devi when she began to totally lose focus, rearrange, shut down, reopen forums on a whim. And the there were the vlogs and social media. I'm firmly of the opinion that as much as the internet helped Devi Ever as a company, it's also what caused it's demise.

Excited to see where it goes now that Aen's in charge. Hopefully the sense of fun will be brought back to the brand. Coz it sure hasn't been fun for a long time!
