So last night I had my first practice with my new Elements on my board. My feelings can most aptly be described as:

I've really not been all that impressed with the sound demos I've heard of the Elements but all this talk over the past however many months makes me think I really need to try one...

i think you would like it, there are many sounds to be found in it.
I had one ages ago and sold it, not that I did not like it but I had my eyes on other things.
And now, for some reasons people around me are getting one when they did not seem that interested in it 6 months ago... Trouble is, it makes me miss mine even more so I might buy it again... Needs a green finish though! :lol:

I thought the Elements was a cool pedal but it was a little too complicated for me. And (I can't believe I'm saying this) too much gain. The lower gain stuff didn't have enough headroom so I probably should have used 18v.
The tone stack never made a ton of sense for me. At least the midrange. Parametric controls never make sense to me for some reason.

Ryan really designed it well for bass though. Clean blend with expression out. Plenty of bass. Powerful eq period.
It's definitely a good pedal. Just wasn't working for my luddite needs. One day it will probably be back.

jia. i love the Elements, so many good sounds. but if i have two pedzals that get close to the same tone and one has 3 knobs while the other has 12, simplicity works better for me live.
