um. paul's all moist about the Tool connection. i never really got into them.
i think we're tracking live, then paul's going solo to a click with me in his headphones, then i'm going next solo to his shits.
i have some pedal changes that i can do good enough for live, but want to punch in to do super clean transitions. but we're not doing anything we can't pull off live.
I AM SUPER ESCITED.

Dude Sylvia Massy is badass. Not just for Undertow, but for the first SOAD album too (which is super badass). Looking over her wiki page, she worked with Machines of Loving Grace, too. Those guys were really cool.

damnit. Weed, where Loud Palace is located now, is getting some of the worst snow in years. studio guy described it as "the blizzard is literally blowing doors open in houses". i guess the whole town's basically shut down... we're in a Toyota 4Runner that's not 4 wheel drive. shits so not safe.
