He's just going for shock factor...

Right after H.S. my friend grew out the bottom/underneath of his 90's hair cut that was just the long top shaved underneath thing and he got it pretty long then shaved the top so it was Bozo style but green... He then grew a pretty gnarly neck beard, no chin or face and got his drivers license pic that way...

I wanna see that on a Chia...
