Hey Chankgeez. If I post 10% of what you have in the the next couple years it'll be some kind of breakthrough. I'll probably have to tell someone. :yay:
You might, rabbit, you might.
I knew that sounded familiar. Sooooooo....being the obsessive time wandering and wasting geek that I am....

Caution! The word "gas" is used twice. Kind of like Ryan's latest reveal post doubling mine.
Shit...almost.

God I hope so. We'll see. I guess in a perfect world, the answer is yes, but this one is going to be tricky on my end. You'll appreciate why afterwards though. :)

Oh and I may be investing in a piece of equipment that will make it doable in no time. Gotta look in person this week.

What are people meaning when talking about random? do you mean like a sample and hold effect like on Zappa's Ship Ahoy? now that would be cool!

patch 8 ideas:

1
how about you just make the last present a random one!?
it'll randomly chose one of the other 7 presets
and it'll randomly chose what the parameters for it are.
every time you select patch 8 you'll get a new experience!. (your quest will be to find the sound again! :) )
parameter knobs do nothing. HA.

2
random bit crush!
There's no reason why bit crushing needs to only be first (or last) bits in the digital sequence?
it can be a combination of any bit in the sequence. why not chop out the 3rd, the 8th and 11th bit if you're going to crush (cut) out 3 bits of data?
the random crushing can be a constant alternation of which bits get cut from the signal.
1st parameter choose how many bits your crushing,
2nd parameter the speed of the random changes (like a random step sequencer)

The main hold up here is with the place where I get my boxes.. I keep getting told the BitQuests and my new Trems will be shipped and another week goes by without them shipping. Adam and Jeff are ready to go, I've got 8 patches ready for prime time, pcb is ready... it's basically just down to making some demos of the patches, getting the boxes finished which just has to happen soon, I'm sure they'll ship to Adam this week, and then we'll have a time-frame and start the pre-order and we'll be adventuring before you know it!

Sorry for the long wait and thanks for checking in about it, it's coming soon for sure!
