I lol'd at one of the first comments on that post:
"not really Canadian cause this post was not available in French, a lawsuit to follow soon"
And yeah honestly I've never heard the term donut hole or munchkin.
Also I've never been to a Dunkin Donuts.
So to me they will always be timbits from Tim Hortons
I love Shipley Donuts frosted blue berry, anything raspberry filled, and both kind of eclairs filled with Bavarian cream and sweet cream. Donut holes are win too. black coffee helps clear out all that fried dough.
I must be one of the only people on the planet who loves lemon jelly filled. Variety boxes never have them, nobody ever buys them without me specifically requesting. It's a hard life.
disclaimer: I'm an engineer with DigiTech/DOD good deals

Nope, you aren't alone, I dig lemon filled. It is just that they are very tough to find/rare (at least around here these days), and they aren't my fave. Close second perhaps, but not the fave.
I don't like any prepackaged donuts...and Duncan Donuts is usually bad. Everything they sell has the same aftertaste, and it's usually not fresh. We have two near us...one's new, and they actually sell fresh donuts, which is pretty shocking. Probably wont last...that town used to have the worst DD ever, they went out of business and DD didn't come back for 5+ years. No donut shop in a college town for over five years. Yeah.
We don't have any specialty bakeries around here, so it's all Sheetz donuts for us. Which isn't a bad thing. Their cream-filled glazed donuts walk the line of gross/awesome (in a good way). They actually had a good bacon donut a couple months ago. They glaze the hell out of everything. And their Cinnashmonsters are awesome.

Oh I missed this. I also love Lemon-filled donuts, as long as they are the covered-in-powdered suger version. My favorite donut of all is Bavarian Creme with powdered sugar. Although I also love it when I find a place that has French Crullers
