Good eye Aaron :0) I felt really dorky every time he'd show me the footage but the finished product is alot of fun. The pedal is great too! I've had a proto for quite awhile now.

I got my index finger bit by a dog the day after getting that tattoo and my grandpa got all pissed off because he thought my fingers said 'LOVE' and 'DOPE'. True story.

That's crazy!!!! I had a car hood fall on my fingers the week after I got mine and it cut off the bottom part of the P on my index finger (its on my right hand) when it healed so it looked like mine said HODE hahaha Small world!

Damn man you got the starring role! Rad!
That pedal is so cool, I will be getting one but I might hit him up to see if I can get one without an enclosure as I'm still stuck on the idea of having an expression pedal.
When I was playing it and Darren weas messing with the knobs, that was probably the most pedal induced fun I've ever had. I doubt I can get D to agree to be on call 24/7 to tweak the controls :idk: so I'm thinking get my hands on one and mod it for that.
I still am not sure how I could work it in but it's so much fun that I need one!
Noise guys will love this thing, looping a riff and then messing with the pedal is all kinds of awesome.

He said he tested it at 200 Watts at 8ohms. HOLY SHIT! :yay: He also said it blew his test speaker  "painfully loud" :thumb:
I'm so stoked to get that thing back, I have other amps that sound good that I can use instead but they don't sound like that thing does!

That was a pretty cool demo, thanks Skip. You've convinced me to keep the PDX around a while longer. I may love it yet. I just don't have a lot of patience with distortion. It's gotta sound phenomenal straight off the bat or I'm meh. ADD with that shit. Its a character flaw that I'm working on.

AxAxSxS wrote:man I'm jealous. Deer meat is wonderful and so Is Elk, Elk just might be my favorite thing. I wish commercial hunting was more of a thing as I am not up to trekking through woods and up mountains to bag an Elk. I did just find a place locally that carries Elk as well as venison, mudbugs and alligator meat. Made some killer jambalya with boudin and andouille sausage, elk, catfish and shrimp with a crawfish etoufee to go with it. I'm stoked I found that place as most of the time ingredients like that just are not available around here.
Cajun food might just be the best thing ever.
Truer words may never have been spoken. I'm pretty convinced that New Orleans has the best food on Earth.
For sure. Maybe northern places have fairer weather and better "fine dining", but NOLA definitely wins for everything $15 and under. I know some people agree with me...

I hope we get a few deer this season, as I fell in love with venison last year. Andouille sausage is good and all, but venison is like, man meat.

I wish Cooking Hostile was real. that was funny as shit.
I've never tried venison, but elk burger sounds fucking tasty...even just sayin it. Might have to try that. Hopefully its better than 'roo.

Also, we voted to legalize weed yesterday. Nifty.

But c'mon... this is not how you should be hosting your party, pro weed group:

C'mon dude, that's you on the bongos goin hard, isn't it?
D.o.S. wrote:Seriously. I will never understand why a large strain of pot enthusiasts refuse to realize that tie died shit, weed shirts, and drum circles just makes everyone hate you.
You've just described everything I hate. Hippies suck. So do "hippies" (I know we just had this convo).
I don't even like that there's a "weed culture" around doom. It shits me. Don't get me wrong, I love a smoke, but it doesn't mean I'm your fucking psychically connected broheim because we both smoke pot and like Kyuss a bit. Fuck off.
Legalising is a good move, what these fuckers don't realise though, is that they ruin weed for the rest of us who are too busy holding down jobs and families not to smoke that shit responsibly. I don't even have time for it really these days, but I would love the prospect of a quiet J, every now and again. I can do this in my house, without bothering anyone, and without starting a fucking drum circle/poetry slam.
ryan summit wrote:"oh whoa, you play guitar, thats cool man.
yeah, im a drummer, mainly focusing on my bongos right now"

wait, sorry
can i interupt you for a second
