Internet Radio Stations with NOOOO Commercials and down time

Hey guys. I don't have a lot of time. When I turn on music, that's what I want. There's too much choice now to settle for a bunch of total fucking verbal garbage and all those sordid and depressing stupid commercials. I need some stations for instant gratification. So far all I have found is this one

It's pretty goods - mix of metal and hard rock. I am specifically looking for non-metal hard rock. I also like this one thing called Groove Salad on Shoutcast. You haz any?
