Meh, I dig Apple. I don't dig all their decisions and designs and stuff, but the way their products integrate so seamlessly is awesome. And the fact that I haven't had a single driver meltdown or any problem ever with Logic and my old firewire soundcard on my Mac was what sold me - I loved windows, hated having to reinstall my shit when MIDI decided to disappear, or was remapped, or output disappeared, or any of the plethora of random crap problems that plagued my gear then. Once I had a Mac the decision to get an iPhone was really easy. Not upgrading to os7 for a while though.

yah. the basic systems that have Windows preinstalled are actually really stable now as long as you're smart about virus protection and not installing a kabillion add ons and silly stuff. WAY better than it was even 5 years ago.

that's the only thing keeping me using anything Apple - the integration across devices and how many music apps are available that aren't on other mobile platforms.

Saw this a few pages back and had to give props. Also kind of pissed cuz I want to build a similar board for my covers band and I thought I could get away with a PT2. What do you have in the loop BC, the whammy and the wah or just the whammy?

Thanks for the props. I'm so happy with this setup that I really have zero GAS right now as far as my covers band goes. Any other gear I want is for my other band.

Do you mean in the loop of the LS-2? I've got the synth, a fuzz (tone machine clone), the wah and whammy all in the loop of the LS-2. I also have the DD-20 and the Mobius in the FX loop of my amp, because I usually run my amp hot enough that it's overdriving, and I want the delay and modulation to be after the preamp.
Buy my gear! viewtopic.php?f=44&t=58763

So like I said previously, I'm thinking of flipping my Roscoe. Why not?? I love it, but I love my MTD more. HAH! I tried to get this guy that has an MTD fretless to fucking trade me, but he never responded. God damn it. I really, really want a fretless. Two things caught my eye though recently. Number uno. There is a fretless Dingwall AB2 in the TB classifieds. HOLY FUCK. Number deuce (so I no speak Spanish) is a bass I've never even heard of but has been compared to MTD, Roscoe and Fodera (yea, yea I know. I dig Fodera's fuck you).

Anyway, the fucking Dingwall is 3k! FUCK THAT! The MTD is 3k too (WTF), and the last one is a straight trade, but it's a neck through and a company, I literally have never heard of.

Here's pics

Anyway. What do you guys think? I mean obviously, I don't have to do any of them, but I wanted to try something different. So why not? I have one good bass, I can use the other one to try other shit until I flip them both eventually for a Wal. ;)

Oh, and personally I definitely prefer the Dinger.

But that's also coming from someone who doesn't 99% of high-end basses. So take it with a shaker of salt.
