..... reading up on melatonin has been interesting. it's more a sleep regilator. the side effects part that lists very vivid dreams or nightmares intrigues me too. i have stoopid vivid dreams. i wake up giggling like half the time i sleep from something my mind thought would be a neat scenerio. MORE vivid might be awesome.

i need a checkup, gonna ask about a melatonin level check.

The reason your dreams might be vivid (already I mean, not because of the melatonin) is because you aren't a deep sleeper. The reason why you have crazy dreams in the morning before you wake up is because you are still in REM sleep but you are closer to consciousness.

Also, watch Hannibal. It's great.
