I was a bit confused about that. I think it does work, but has a loud hum. Would be an easy fix most likely.

Yeah ----

My bandmate's dad used to live the gig life back in the day. Dude has loads of old vintage Acoustic gear so I'm mostly only lusting after the 6x12. Just can't justify the shipping.

duuuude!!!! i wish i could do it. there's just no way i can scare up those funds right now. i'm also not really wanting to get into any basket case gear right now. if the head worked it'd be a different story, but i don't have what it takes to deal with that right now. hope someone gets it though.

That whole MOSFET series of Marshall is supposed to be super good. I'd totally snag that, if you're looking for a head. Plus, I rarely see them go for that cheap anymore although I'd never pay more than $200 for one.
