imovie to youtube

anyone know what's up w/ this? i've set up a google / youtube account, am logged into it when telling imovie to share, have the app signed in w/ all the info i want on there, takes its time uploading, nothing showing up. do uploads have to be approved before going live or something like that?

It gets a little screwy sometimes. Especially with youtube wanting you to merge your G+ account and youtube names together, which is just stupid. Just make sure whatever you end up using on youtube is EXACTLY what you put into iMovie, and if it's still screwy, just keep trying

yeah, i made a new youtube account because when telling it i didn't remember my screen name's password it insisted on a google recovery via email address instead of username. screwy.

No problem dude. Every time I end up using iMovie I go through that hoop. It's ridiculous

have to export it...the upload it to youtube

F'reals. It kind of reeks of some douchey exec trying to justify his position with "good ideas" If it works and people like it leave it the fuck alone allready.
