so after perusing the thread a little, it seems like the cliffnotes are

prymaxe used to be a really good retailer, who packed pedals well and had great CS
then they decided to say fuck that, im guessing because like many shittily run businesses they thought they had already built a bulletproof reputation
as if everyone is too fucking stupid to notice when they drastically changed the way they ran their business

hey im glad i never bought anything from them...hi fived myself just now.

and threatening to sue someone you have no basis for suing...is such a hilarious last resort.
like if i get in an argument with someone on a forum and they insult me, im gonna threaten to sue them for libel...fuckin puhleeze
