it's a REALLY good OD. Mud Fuzzy Muddy Butt is broken and hears everything as a fuzz anymore. but his Broken Bird Cuddle Wing Syndrome is part of what makes him soooooo damn sechsy. so like. leave it.

but yeah. this is the only OD i've used that i thought, "yurp. could switch out the B3k for this and be happy.".

'cept maybe the Elements. that's a BEAST. too many knobbies for me for OD though.

It is a neat sound but still to me it is more like light fuzz, but then I feel most "bass overdrives" sound more fuzz then OD

Maybe I'm an idiot....but yeah...I tend to think all ODs are either very light fuzzes or very light distortions.

No you arn't but my take is a OD should sound like a amp being overdriven be it tube or SS, fuzz started out as a broken mixer channel and most homemade ODs are based more on this concept. I'm not saying I don't like the sound at all and have used a very similar sound pedal as my light dirt sound [Mellowtone Electric Apple] but and stuff

I can see this....and it makes it all the more laughable when people look for clean blends on their ODs.....it's like.....if your OD is losing so much low end that you have to get some other signal blended in with it......find a new one. Clean blend on fuzz I get. Clean blend on OD is.....eh?
