Josquin des Prez (though some believe him to be Belgian; that being the case, he's commonly referred to as being a "Franco-Flemish composer"), Descartes, and Rousseau. Fuck yeah, France! I can't stand any hiphop that's not Ol' Dirty Bastard, so no opinion on French rap stuffs. Oh, and a childhood friend had a French mother who turned a blind eye to us raiding her liquor cabinet. Additionally, she made us crepes every morning I stayed over.
