I think they get a bit of a pass, though. They're always packed, from my experience. So worth it, though. I really want an In-N-Out here in Washington.

Yes I did! I made the mistake of ordering a 12" "half" cheese steak though...easily enough for 2 lunches.

I'm always very skeptical of Fast, fast food. Unless the place is really incompetent, I'd assume that if they're taking longer then it would be slightly fresher. Don't want my food to be laying around for ages then they just give it too me.

Okay, the king of taking forever is Whataburger. One time, I placed my order, and then pulled up. My dad called me, and I had an incredibly emotional call with my dad about his friend committing suicide. I hung up, then finally pulled forward to the window, as the car before me had not received his food. Then, I waited five minutes.

I have literally no idea how long it took.

A girl I was working with accidently gave a woman a cup of sanitizer water from a pitcher she thought was water. The lady became extremely ill and an ambulance had to come.

this one seriously wasn't. granted they didn't have to cook anything for my veggie but it was literally ready right after i pulled up to the window and handed him my card. it was a bit sloppy but still, worth it not to sit there annoyed.

The hoses that run between the syrup and the machine at 2 jobs I worked were lined with a thick black brown layer. I witnessed a change of hoses once in three at a resturant. The original hoses became clogged. They were drained and what came out the ends reminded me of sewage. Health inspectors? Yeah those people's jobs are a joke.

But really the McDonalds in town used to be like this, just terrible. The one in the next town over is just fine. If you keep going to the same places don't be surprised if you get the same service. Are there any other BK's or TB's that aren't totally out of your way?

no, the "city" i work in i consider a terribly annoying small town with two strips and jack shit for entertainment. has one mexican joint that's awesome, but that's no fast food drive through. within a few miles of my fam's biz there is BK, TB, mickey d's, tim hortons which i no longer deal w/ unless i'm craving iced coffee, wendys which has nothing but fries for vegetarians, subway i'll deal w/ once in a while, kroger which i'll run through when i feel like sushi, donatos if i'm up for pizza or one of their veggie subs, jackasses no longer have salads w/o meat on 'em, last up a chinese joint that's ok once in a while but i only feel like it like twice a year...
