Thanks guys! Bit Quest! *runs around high-5ing*

So I had these two high gain patches, one was high gain, one was higher gain, and they both used the same kind of filter to scoop mids or not. I thought they were maybe too similar so I experimented with different filtering on one of them and found a pretty fun scenario...

High gain with 2 steep filters, one is a high pass that goes from nothing to super high, the other is a low pass that goes from super low to nothing... so one works from the top down, the other from the bottom up, and with them you can make all kinds of interesting guitar tones, really fun and versatile, great clean too.

Yeah totally! It's like two cutoff filters working from opposite ends.. you can really make a lot of fuzz tones that way. Especially cocked wah sounds, you get both filters cutting off around the mids and you're in honk city, man!

You guys think Bit Quest is too close for comfort to Bit Commander, name-wise? Maybe I should move away from Bit... Computer Quest? Binary Quest? I really like the quest theme...

I like Bit Quest. The name makes me think quirky bitcrusher. Take the 'bit' out of it and all you have is quirky.

one of the best things about Dr Scientist pedals is the whimsical names which still communicate what they do: TREMOLessence, cosmiCHORUS,the CLEANness, sunny day DELAY, REVERBerator

Keep Bit Quest.

Maybe if you make it BitQuest instead of Bit Quest? Sometimes taking the space out makes all the difference!

Simple as it is I really like Skully's suggestion, looks really suave when written together like that.
