It's getting close to go time so I figured we should start getting our shit together.

I don't necessarily want to run the league but I don't mind getting things started.

1) How many teams?

2) Who's in?

3) What's the entry fee?

4) What's the trophy?

I say:

1) 8-12 if we get more we should split into 2 leagues.

2) Everyone from last year should have dibs on a spot.

3) $15-$20

4) I like the Fuzzhugger gift card as a way to thank Tom for making ILF possible OR
We could do something else and take a couple bucks off the top and donate to the forum.

I'm definitely in again. I can be commissioner again, but am happy to let someone else take the reins if they want to. I think we did 15 last year, and 20 would be fine too.

I agree that 14 teams was too many. The scheduling was strange, unbalanced divisions, starting the 4th RB from the Jaguars, etc...
