Yeah which is why I'm in love with it. Also why I posted the Trower clip. Was gonna post some Nuge, but I decided to stay classy.
Been thinking about it, the Depths is probably the go as it sounds lush and throbby, can run on standard power and will be cheaper, most likely. Also no wait time and smaller footprints are bonuses.
Hey Angry, it sucks that the Villanova was a disappointment, I had considered that one as well. What were the draw backs?
Mastodon related dreams are crazy. I guessing it sucked because Brent was playing bass instead of Troy...who rules.

Well, in a nut shell, it had a really unmusical waveform. No matter where you set the depth and mix, you couldn't find a pleasing, natural sweep. The tip of the waveform was sudden and everything in between was hard to hear and not chewy and syrupy as you would expect. There are other things about it I don't like, such as the knob choices, the rotation of the controls, and side-mounted jacks, but as far as the crucial sounds go, I'm very disappointed. It's not Uni-Vibe, in my opinion, and fails at being a useful vibrato in general. I'll spend some more time with it before selling it on, but I highly doubt I'll be keeping it, especially now that EQD have come up with a competitor. There is really only one other pedal on the market that functions as a vibrato and vibe pedal in one that is housed in a standard 'MXR' enclosure, and that's the Dry Bell Vibe Machine, a really expensive pedal from Croatia or somewhere like that. Now there is the EQD.

That sucks dude.
The dry bell sounds similar to the deluxe moon...I haven't sussed it yet. Might have to.

The EQD kinda has a little bit of that harmonic tremolo/vibrato thing going on. Harmonic tremolo is just amazing.
I just spent €172 on cables for just one small Pedaltrain Jr gigging board. Fuck me. I'll be credited around €50 when the 30% discount kicks in, but these Ultramafic cables better be worth it. I'm sure I'll be docked big import fees as well. Hopefully I'll never have to buy cables again... until I start building a Pedaltrain Pro board. Dang it!

I was looking at putting new cables on my board, but I was going to buy some bulk cable from an electronics dealer and using something like G&H or Neutrik plugs; supposedly it's hella cheaper than buying cable premade cable anywhere. There's this if anyone is interested, Mark from Lava Cable chimes in here and there too.
On top of that, my GAS has been all over the place, and of course I have no money. I'm looking at getting an Elements, either a Blackstar HT1 or HT5 for home use, and tonight I decided I want a... nylon string guitar, of all things.

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
Yea, I've been doing all that "feelsy" stuff lately, it helps emphasize the really heavy riffs that I like to play. I'm definitely no where near that guy though... Damn I wish I was good at finger picking.
I need to collect some monies; I loaned my friend a Tremulus Lune that I picked up a few months ago for use on his band's first full length album. He's decided he wants it, but hasn't gotten me the money yet. Both the classical guitar and HT amp would get a lot of indoor use, but I want an Elements as a partial boost, and textural pedal so that I can squeeze a little more heaviness out of my amp and still have access to relatively loud cleans. I could always try to sell my Geiger Counter, but I'm still not entirely sure I want to get rid of it. I'm willing to bet it would sound sick on keyboard, which my other buddy has.
