Looks like they've done away with the neck heel truss rod access. That's a welcome update from vintage spec.

Do I want Black to match my two Basses and Jazz or White so it can be the "good guy" or Burst cause it's sexy??? Also why do the Belgians get it first???

i won't be able to buy anything for awhile, but i'm certainly going to try one out. i've always found the idea of a bass with high strings more interesting than a bass with a low B/C because the higher notes would get played more than a low C#, and for $350? that's ROBBERY for we end-users.

I'm torn between Burst (because it's sexy) and the Olympic White (because I love it too, but I already have a white-ish guitar).
Probably going with the Burst...
I just wrote an E-Mail to Thomann, asking when they're gonna have it (and I basically called dibs on one  ). Waiting for a response.

I think this is the first gear announcement where I'm happy that I'm in the EU. :thumb:

Going to mod mine - that's a given.
At the moment... thinking white/white - OR classic 3TSB with a black guard. Kind of makes sense, given the block neck.
And burst/black guards look the business anyway...

Not to mention the burst would sit nicely in the middle between my JM/Jag.
Hmmmmmmm.
Guess I have my answer!
Hahahahahahaha
