not gonna lie to you bro, we recently found out that regardless of the circuits being identical they sound nothing alike, tone is in the enclosure and Tom uses different ones than Eric........
i mean it's a good pedal still but....yeah it's just not the same when the enclosure is like .0000000001 inches thicker.....

ACTUALLY HT,

my buddy Ed bought one from Tom, after trying out your old one for about a week.

AND ED'S PICKS UP RADIO WAVES OF SPANISH GANGSTER RAP.

WHY DOESN'T MINE?!
I've got a fuzzbox and i'm not afraid to use it

Mine comes equipped with a special foreign-gangsta-rap antenna.

Actually, the circuits are identical.
Foreign-gangsta-rap antennas are hard to find anymore.

Funny, mine picks up a bad adult contemporary radio station sometimes, only when knobs are dimed tho. Knew I should have paid extra for the spanish rap version...

radio pickup is likely highly dependent on subtle nuances such as contruction (mellowtone issues were made with perfboard and the FH edition uses a pro pcb with ground plane), parts variation, locale, house electrical wiring, and paranormal influence. cuz i know mellowtone ones have been able to pick up radio as well

Mine has only picked up radio twice. To make matters worse/funnier, both times were at gearfests when I was demo-ing the pedal.

Luckily we all saw the funny side.

haha, i got some radio action too! adult contemporary...

i've heard that has something to do with the solder, but all i ever hear is secondhand at best. the pedal is awesome, and i'm about to order the ab-synth. my quitting smoking and getting rid of my iphone are proving to be quite lucrative for fuzzhugger, and soon devi ever...
