Regarding Threats and Klons

Here's the deal. The internet is a terrible medium to have a conversation on. We recently have had a misunderstanding between two members. One thought he was having a serious conversation, the other thought it was a light hearted conversation. One guy made a threat, without any malice or intent to follow through with it, or so is assumed. Unfortunately, words and language in digital media cannot be easily interpreted how they were intended. The other took that threat seriously and without going into detail that misunderstanding escalated... well... quickly.

So, regarding threats and forum behavior. Obviously, we do not want any serious threats to be made. It will not be tolerated. I don't think that needs to be elaborated on. Violence is bad, m'kay? If, for whatever reason, think it would be funny to creatively and humorously use language to threaten another member of this forum. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN ON THE JOKE/HUMOR BEFORE YOU POST IT. Be self aware in that not everyone may interpret what you type the way you intended it. Be responsible, yo.

Regarding, Walter/Filter428 and the Klon thread. I want this put behind us. I don't want to see anymore threats towards him, fighting threats with threats is not going to solve anything. Talk about what you want, just be smart and don't encourage more violence.
