File the report and forget about it. He's not going to fly out and kick your ass. Dude can't even afford cables to play those amps with. If he does continue to harass you, record it, file another report (pattern established) and it should be no hassle to get the court order.

im actually more worried about potential legal action he can take against me. im no lawyer so i have no clue.

im hoping the police report will give me footing in case he does pull some shit?
