michigan tenant law gives u 30 days to get late on rent before u have to leave

i mean, you could have a lot of house parties in 30 days i suppose

but i know other states its like 45 days, or 60

I know here it's like 60 of not paying rent then about another 30 till the Sheriffs come and throw everything on the lawn which happened to me in '91... People that have an actual mortgage on like a $400,000 House can live there live 6-9 months without paying and still be cool... That's what's wrong with Rent and Housing in Murica...

yeah the city i live in is super liberal, super clean, very safe (didnt say super) north of detroit proper

we are nowhere near getting sliced and shit.
there are loads of gay people here. everything is all hippie liberal shit. the city council refuses to allow corporations to set up shop here, for the most part.

it's a really nice house in a great neighborhood. i mean dude im in detroit paying $1300 a month for a house? IN DETROIT? you can buy a house for a dollar in detroit proper.

he didnt come off like a scumbag, hes a pretty big investment and property manager guy. i definitely inspected shit and i definitely missed some shit.
my mistake? trusting a landlord that seemed trustworthy.
i have never, ever had a fucking problem like this, ive been renting for 12 years all over the place

it is really cheap (second warning) but so are most places here
lots of places are cheap with big portions

the veggies were undercooked, the pork was like gnarly tough
