moved in 2 months ago. garbage disposal broken. downstars toilet needs a new chain, water running all the time and doesnt flush. dryer just broke while i was in the middle of doing 2 loads of laundry. now ive got random clothes hanging from every doorknob and closet door in the house
central air doesnt fucking work either

There are about 17 East Cost States that are all different and have their own unique dialect and crappy attitude that could fit in Half of Texas or part of the West Coast... Why yall wanna be jammed all together and paranoid and unsafe is beyond me... We live our lives to the max here and are happy and that's what's pulling business and people and as much as I resent it I understand and wouldn't wanna be anywhere else...
