I'm tired of all the Sevdalinka and Zeibekiko that's taken over, I mean on every station it's like come on already...

Honestly, when I think of Doom I think more of bands like My Dying Bride, Anathema etc.

I grew up listening more to European Gothic Doom and less Stoner. Without sounding like an utter tool, but I've always thought Doom should have more of an emotional sentiment rather than jocks getting stoned in G#. Don't get me wrong, yes Doom is sort of played out like Black Metal but I still like them all. I'm just going to listen to the ones that I connect with more.

I personally feel like everybody should have just packed up and gone home after the whole 90s norwegian black metal thing


like how much more metal can you get than burning down century old churches, burying your clothes in the ground so they rot and killing each other? where do you go from there?
