In other words,...Just get a PPII+ and be done wit it.

Plus. Voodoo Labs stuff is made in America.

WHY DO YOU HATE AMERICA

WHY

The problem is that I have too many pedals. LOL! I actually had a PPII and sold it, stupidly I might add, because I was going to down size. I need a powersupply with at least 10 outs and all of them 9v. I keep thinking of slimming down the pedal board, but each time I do it, I end up buying more pedals. Kind of a sickness here really. hahaha

So you do realize that the higher current power outputs on the PPII+ will support daisy chains. As long as you don't have incompatible grounds (reverse polarity and shits) and you don't overdraw on the current you can daisy chain beyond the 8 outputs.

Yea I get that. But I just want a simple solution. If I have an isolated supply for each pedal, I'll be done with it. No more worrying about whether or not a pedal is going to be friendly with the ol onespot.

I have a Electron Blue powersupply now because it was only 50 bucks, plus a one spot , plus a Iso 5. I can get everything with the Electron Blue, but them it has background noise, which annoys the fuck out of me. I know it's not the amp because I've tried a few different ones. So one or two of the pedals must not like being daisy chained. The simple (but expensive) solution is a new powesupply. I may just end up getting a PPII because it's cheaper and maybe mixing things up on my board.

But I have birthday coming up and figured I may be able to get a good powersupply for it.

I'm with ya. Too much time spent quasi-engineering; not enough time spent being musical.

I roll with a PPII+ to get power to all but one of my pedals including a DL-4. That final pedal (which is actually the 2nd pedal in my chain but the first pedal is a passive volume pedal) is powered via the courtesy output from the LS-2. I've never detected any intolerable noise issues.

Are all your pedals True Bypass or do you have at least one buffer in your signal chain? My or may not be the case,...but a buffer may quite your signal down.

PP2 can power a shitton of pedals really, I've run three or four 5 pedal chains off of it at a time no prob, but, you still can't chain moogers off of it. And the moog delay doesn't like it all that much.

So threw the Electron Blue to the side, grabbed the One Spot and chained everything together. I found the culprit. It's my OC2. SO! I think I'll get a PPII and most of my pedals will be isolated at least.

Then again, It may serve me to get rid of the ISO 5 and get 2 PPII's...but then...what's the point? LOL! I may be able to get two PP2's for cheaper than one of those big bastards though.

Here's my board right now.

Adding a Square Wave Generator and ILFDD when they are done and probably a envelope filter at some point.

yah. i would try using a one spot to chain all your dirt together, then run the rest on separate outs on the ISO5, audio cable them up and see if that kills the noise. i usually have no problems with analog dirt being power chained. 's the digital/carrier signal stuff that gets wonky.

but if that works, a PP2'd be plenty. and way cheaper.

the Ciokolate has a few other outs, but unless you're running AC and DV or using multi's that need HUGE mA and have weird connectors, you're mebbe wasting money.

i DO love that i can power my M9, Timeline and Pitch Factor with all my separate pedal loot off of one cord.

ugh. i'm an IDIOT. last time we played i had a section of my board go out because i kept putting off rewiring if right, tonight on our first song i broke my high C string. i don't play super rough, it was just old.

i'm a moron because i KNEW it was old. just like i knew my board was questionable. i think it's bren 8 or 9 month since i changed strings. dumb dumb dumb DUMB.

lol. AND i didn't bring a backup bass or even a set of strings in my bag. GUH.

there were like 3 songs i use the high C for chords or could transpose to the G string, 2 where i could fake it withouht it, so we did. i guess it's cool we could do decently with me slopping it up.

but that's just dumb. gonna get at the guy i know from Mono about a 2 Bass Bag tomorrow i guess.

FUCK.

YES!!!!!! I love that muff! Wish I understood how to make the left side work right though...Huge volume drop and not really doing anything? The right side sounds amazing though!

Hopefully Sam Ash has a Guitar Center like return policy.

He is silly; and predictable. I love the cranky dude,...but c'mon. I'm not going to say that the obvious choice is staring him in the face,...but the obvious choice was not to go with the natural impulse towards instant gratification.

/cork sniffery.

Ah I slag on a pedal that I have no experience with,...but a big reason for that was the bad press the thing got and realizing that it wasn't going to meet my goals.

That said; I still wanna go with a TAFM or a 4545.
